Product Promise
The product promise encapsulates what the product does in one sentence. A product promise can be derived from the product benefit and/or Reason to Believe and should be in line with the overall brand language. Benefits can be based on functional and/or emotional insights and should bring to life the idea of ‘surprisingly friendly’.
The product promise is used across touch points. Therefore it must be short, easy to understand and written in a friendly, emotive and human way.
