Content Approval Process
Please review and ensure full compliance with the following regulations starting July 1, 2026.
Failure to properly submit and obtain approvals may result in legal and reputational risks for Midea.
1. Mandatory Pre-Approval Requirement
All programs and promotions, including any associated promotional material, must receive prior approval from FC Barcelona before being distributed online and/or offline.
2. Standard Review Timeline
FC Barcelona has a timeframe of seven (7) working days to provide feedback on all submitted creatives. Please plan your submission with sufficient time to accommodate any potential requests for adjustments. If you require urgent feedback (limited to one request per month), please email Federico Scafato. While faster feedback cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Submission Method
Please submit all materials via Content Library, in any folder under the following path:
The BMM Team will review the content first before seeking FC Barcelona’s final approval.
Both parties will review the materials directly on the Content Library.
Please do not request the review and approval of marketing materials through different channels (e.g., email, Midea Connect, or WeChat).
4. Mandatory Submission Materials
All submissions must include:
a. A draft of all promotional materials using sponsorship assets
b. A complete and accurate English translation of all content (this can be included directly as a comment on the asset uploaded)
c. Local promotional Terms & Conditions in English for legal review (if applicable)
