Kraft Paper Double Wave 6mm (big   packaging's)

E.g.:  C1Sart paper, Kraft, corrugated, duplex   paperboard

Prints Process:
CMYK offset printing, flexo printing, UV printing, Pantone PMS.
White underpainting (whenever   applicable and technically possible)

Finishing:
matte vanish membrane
Special round cutting

File Preparation Directions

FORMAT
File format needs to be either .AI, .CDR, .PDF or .EPS

RESOLUTION
File resolution should be 300dpi or more

ARTWORK DIMENSIONS
Artwork size should be supplied 1:1

BLEED SETTINGS
Bleed should be at least 5mm, bleeding all round

CUSTOM CONTOUR CUTTING
The cutting information needs to be a vectored outline.
This outline needs to be a Spot Colour called “Cut Line” on a separate layer.

WHITE UNDERPAINTING INK
White Ink Printing is available for printing quality, the area that needs to be printed white should be generated using a Spot Colour called “White Ink” and should also be set to overprint.
