Research has shown that including awards and claims in your communications can enhance consumer trust in the brand and positively influence purchase decisions. Therefore, we encourage you to incorporate our Euromonitor-certified claims wherever possible in your communications.
Euromonitor is a recognized market research company providing industry reports, business intelligence, and data. Please note that claims derived from Euromonitor reports are purchased to substantiate legitimate research. However, legal constraints for using such claims may apply and vary by country and communication type. Always consult your local legal counsel before implementing any #1 claims (see section "Legal Considerations").
Important: Claims have expiration dates.
Once expired, the claim cannot be renewed, and Euromonitor will no longer support its usage. Materials already produced using an expired claim may continue to be used for a short, reasonable period.
Example: A claim signed on January 1, 2024, and expiring on December 31, 2024, cannot be used for any marketing activity on or after January 1, 2025. However, a product package printed on December 31, 2024, may still be used within a short grace period.

To ensure transparency and compliance across all regions, the Claim Statement Certificate for our World’s No.1 Smart Home Appliances Brand claim, validated by Euromonitor, is available for download below. This certificate serves as formal proof and should be used whenever substantiation is required by local authorities, partners, or agencies.
For claim certificates related to specific product categories, please contact the relevant Product Division directly.
Please consult your local legal or compliance representative to verify whether additional documentation is required before using any claim in your market.
Because the use of #1 claims can be legally sensitive, any implementation must be reviewed and approved by your local legal counsel prior to use. For any questions regarding the legal validity or approval process of claims in your country, contact your local legal department.
Additionally, please inform MIB once the use of #1 icons is approved and implemented locally. This helps us maintain accurate tracking of claim usage across all markets.
